XSpeed at Perth Autosalon (Cabin) 2005
XSpeed participated in the Perth Autosalon this year with 8 cars entered individually with various Perth based car clubs
(Anti-Lag, Skylines Australia, Team Mobil and SilviaWA). We didnt have a trade display there, as the move to our New
Performance Centre in O'Connor didnt leave us enough time to prepare for the show. However, some of our customer's cars that
were inidividually entered did do well and received awards from the Judges.
Our very own Twin HKS T04Z Turbocharged 2.8lt RB26DETT R32 Skyline GTR was entered with the Skylines Australia
club display and also in the dyno competition. We were hoping to see some good results, but were a little disappointed
with the results that were less than expected compared to previous runs also recently done in Shootout Mode 05.
However, we still managed to take out the outright horsepower award by almost 200 horsepower, as well as the 6 cylinder
forced induction (RWD) class.
Marc Monzu, the owner of a very neat S15 impressed the judges with his nicely done up S15. He entered his stunning black
Final Konnexion kitted S15 in the show with the SilviaWa Car Club, and his S15 picked up the Autosalon Magazine Editors Choice award.
He also contributed to helping the SilviaWa club to winning the Ultimate Club Theme yet again for the third year in a row.
Congratulations to the members of the SilviaWA club and good luck again next year.

Raymond Tan's 2004 WRX from Team Mobil also picked up one of the other 5 Autosalon Magazine Editors Choice Award, stunning people with
his outsanding in car entertainment system, re-trimmed interior, custom bodykit, engine detailing and bling 19" Wheels.
Lt. Danny Gram's GTS-T (XZILER8) from the Skylines Australia display won the 'Number Plate Says it All' Award. Danny's GTS-T
has an RB26 Conversion recently done at XSpeed with HKS GT-SS turbos, 550cc injectors and an Apexi Power FC D-Jetro. It will soon be online
at our Secret Sports section with full details and pics.
Be sure to check out these feature cars in our Secret Sport section.
